1. Rental Agreement:

1.4. Responsible Operation: You are responsible for the waverunner during the rental period. Please operate the watercraft in a reasonable and prudent manner, avoiding reckless or dangerous behaviors.
1.5. Inclement Weather: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone rentals in case of adverse weather conditions, including strong winds, storms, or other hazardous situations. In such cases, you may reschedule your rental or receive a refund.
2. Payment and Fees:
2.1. Reservation Fees: To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required, as specified during the reservation process.
2.2. Rental Fees: The rental fee is based on the duration of the rental period and any additional services you may select. Payment is due in full before the commencement of the rental.
